You create a series of ghostly, echoing tones that distort the thoughts of the target creature within range. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw, on a failed save the target is affected by the sounds and can’t concentrate on spells, the target also has a disadvantage on Wisdom saving throws. At the start of the target creature’s turn, it can make another Wisdom saving throw to remove this effect.
