Waldertuff Silence Bubble

Abjuration (1st Level)

For the duration of the spell, every creature (including the caster) in a 20ft radius from the caster who tries to speak will create a bubble instead of speaking. The creature can use a bonus action to pop the bubble, which releases the sound. The bubble lasts for 1 minute, then dissipates without creating any sound. Due to the lack of synchrony in voice, it’s impossible to cast spells with verbal components while affected by this effect.
